Dr Graham P Cook (Partner)

Dr Cook joined the practice in 1990 and is the Senior Partner. He has a special interest in dermatology. He is an Authorised Medical Examiner for the Civil Aviation Authority and Racecourse Medical Officer at Ludlow Racecourse. -
Dr Caron M Morton (Partner)
MB, Ch B, DCH, DFFP (LoC), MRCGP (Stellenbosch, S. Africa 1996)
Dr Morton joined the practice in 2002. She has special interests in heart disease, diabetes, children’s and women’s health. Dr Morton is the Practice Based Commissioning lead GP for Shropshire County Primary Care Trust. -
Dr David Partridge (Partner)
MB, Ch B, BSc (Psychology), DRCOG, MRCGP (Bristol 1982)
Dr Partridge has an interest in GP education and is a GP Appraisor. He became a full time Partner in 2008. -
Dr Alexandra Chamberlain (Associate)
MB, BS, MRCGP, DRCOG, DCH (Univ. College London 1996)
Dr Chamberlain is an associate GP who has been with the practice since 2003. In addition to child and women’s health, she has a special interest in psychological issues. -
Dr Susan Williams (Associate)
MB, Ch B, DRCOG, DCH, MRCGP (Dundee 1997)
Dr Williams has been an associate GP at the practice since 2003 and has a special interest in child and women’s health. -
Dr Julian Birch (GP Locum)
MB, B. Chir, DRCOG, MRCGP (St. Bartholomew hospital London 1971)
Dr Birch retired from full-time practice in Lincolnshire. He is now working as a permanent locum GP in the practice for two days a week.
Practice Nurses
Our experienced nursing team consists of three practice nurses, assisted by two healthcare assistants.

Our nurses are available for the following services:
- Telephone advice
- Immunisations
- Sexual health advice including contraceptive pill and coil checks
- Hearing tests
- Diet advice / weight loss
- Dressings & removal of stitches
- Ear syringing
- Well person checks
- Cervical smears & breast awareness
- Travel vaccinations and advice
- HRT checks
- Quit smoking advice
The nurses also run the following clinics with the doctors:
