Comments  & Complaints

Despite our best efforts, things can occasionally go wrong.  It is important to us that any errors are corrected as quickly as possible both for the benefit of the person who is complaining and to stop it happening again.  Although we receive very few complaints each year, all staff have been trained in handling complaints and there are leaflets available to assist you in the process.

If the complaint is about an administrative or organisational matter it will normally be investigated by the Patient Services Manager, Miss. Jodie Williams or the Practice Manager, Mr. Malcolm Sampson.  If the complaint is about a clinical  issue it will be passed to a Partner to investigate.  In either case your complaint will be acknowledged in writing and the matter investigated as soon as possible.
