Problems ordering your prescription online? Use the Patient Access Support Centre before you call us.
If you don't have Patient Access, you can download the NHS app onto a smartphone or tablet - all you need is your NHS number. Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.
You can use it to:
- order repeat prescriptions
- book appointments
- check your symptoms
- view your medical record
- get advice about coronavirus and other conditions
- register your organ donation decision

Prescription Ordering Direct -
You can order your repeat prescriptions by phone. Call the POD (Prescription Ordering Direct) on 033 33 583 509 Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm when you have 7 days left of your medication. If you prefer, you can email them at email@example.com - please ensure you give them full details as outlined in the poster below.
If you have any problems, you are always welcome to put a repeat slip (or note with full details) in our letterbox.
