Ipsos GP Patient Survey

We're very proud of our annual GP Patient Survey results!

Thank you to all our patients who provide feedback either via this survey, or by contacting us directly, or by being part of our patient group. It helps us to review what we are doing well and allows us to review areas in which we can improve. 

Patient care is at the heart of what we do. Working together with you, listening and understanding your needs, means we can reflect your needs in our services.

Our surgery was well above average in all areas. Also, within Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, eight practices had overall patient satisfaction scores of more than 95%, and we are proud that we are among them: 

• Brown Clee Medical Practice at 100%
• Cleobury Mortimer at 98%
• Hodnet and Craven Arms at 96%
• Bishops Castle, Station Drive, Prescott & Linden Hall at 95%

Our clinicians go above and beyond wherever possible, ensuring that every patient asking for help is seen or contacted on that day. They couldn't do this without the support of the whole Practice team, and we would like to say a massive thank you to everyone here at the practice, who all work together to achieve such positive results each year.
