Rural Care Outreach Sessions
Lucille and Esther, our Care Coordinators, are going to be visiting village halls to discuss how we can meet the needs of our patients who live in a rural area.

- Time to approach Esther and Lucille privately with your questions if preferred
Each session will be announced on Facebook, or you are welcome to ring the surgery for the details of these free sessions.
